Who operates Halvixo
Naved Ahmed, operating as Halvixo, an individual operator in India, operates Halvixo. Operator-stated location: NSL Techzone, Sector 144, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, 201306. This location is not presented as a verified complete postal address. Send privacy enquiries, correction or deletion requests, and complaints to support@halvixo.com. Authority is checked before workspace information is disclosed or changed.
Information collected
The demo form asks for your name, work email, company, team size, workflow description and permission to reply about the demonstration. Do not put confidential customer information into a demo request. Submitting does not create an account or authorize payment. Website hosting and abuse controls also process technical request information such as IP addresses.
For product use, Halvixo processes account and workspace memberships, customer/contact records, catalog/pricing settings, quote versions, generated PDFs, purchase-order uploads and related activity records that authorized users provide or create. Workspace administrators decide which business information and users they add.
Why information is used
Halvixo uses contact information to respond to enquiries and arrange guided onboarding, workspace information to provide the product and enforce access permissions, and technical/activity information to operate, troubleshoot and protect the service. A demo request is not consent to unrelated marketing campaigns. Information is not sold.
Service providers and processing locations
Railway hosts the public informational website and the prepared application; Vercel deployments are retained for protected recovery and transition. Supabase provides the product database, authentication and private file storage. Resend delivers configured authentication and demo-notification email; Zoho Mail handles the support mailbox and replies. These providers process information needed to supply their services. Provider processing can occur outside your country. No promise is made that all information stays in India. Live Paddle payments are disabled; if enabled later, Paddle will handle payment and billing information as merchant of record under its own notices. Halvixo does not store payment-card details in its quote database.
Current retention and requests
Evaluation expiry, cancellation and refunds do not automatically delete workspace data. Access becomes read-only when entitlement ends; authorized members can still read existing records and download already generated documents. No automatic production workspace-deletion job is running. Demo requests are delivered by email, so deleting an application record would not by itself remove the email or every provider copy.
Contact support for earlier deletion, correction or access requests. Halvixo verifies identity and authority, reviews the affected workspace, files and correspondence, and explains the available export or deletion steps and any limits before proceeding. The current product supplies quotation PDFs; that is not a verified complete workspace export. A request does not establish authority over another workspace.
The intended schedule is 90 days of workspace retention after evaluation expiry or the paid-through date, with at least 14 days’ advance notice before scheduled deletion, and 90 days for unanswered demo requests after the last meaningful contact unless an ongoing conversation justifies retention. These are planned operational targets, not current automatic deletion or complete-export guarantees. The service must not introduce scheduled deletion until the notices and recovery/deletion process support that schedule.
Backups and records kept separately
Encrypted recovery copies are held separately from active workspace data. Their expiry schedule has not yet been finalized; removal from active systems does not imply immediate removal from those copies. Backup expiry must be addressed when arranging deletion. Do not rely on a 90-day backup purge. Payment, invoice, tax, dispute or security records may need separate handling to meet applicable obligations or be held by the relevant provider. No universal statutory retention period is asserted, and live billing is not enabled.
Cookies, security and your choices
Product authentication uses session cookies. Technical requests and activity records help operate, troubleshoot and protect the service. Workspace/role checks and private file access are used to restrict access; no system is guaranteed free of every risk. This release does not add advertising trackers, unrelated marketing subscriptions or a sale of personal information. You may decline to submit a demo enquiry or contact support to withdraw permission for further demo correspondence. Rights under applicable law are not excluded by this notice.
