The service and guided onboarding
Halvixo provides workspace tools for B2B catalog pricing, quote preparation and revisions, PDF documents, purchase-order review and related administration. A demonstration request is a request for a conversation, not an account, confirmed meeting, subscription or payment. Account and workspace setup are arranged with Halvixo; guided setup is included. Halvixo does not currently offer self-service paid checkout on the marketing website.
30-day guided evaluation
An evaluation requires Halvixo’s manual approval and starts when Halvixo approves and activates the workspace. It lasts 30 days. No payment card is required, and the evaluation never automatically converts to a paid subscription. The evaluation and the first-payment refund window are separate.
Team pricing and payment
The planned Team subscription is USD $79 per workspace per month, plus applicable tax, for up to five total active members including administrators. Pending invitations reserve a place until accepted or expired. Guided setup is included. Billing is monthly; there is no annual plan or automatic extra-seat charge. Larger-team access requires a separate agreement. The full total, including applicable tax, must be shown before payment. Real payments are currently disabled; the price is not an invitation to pay through an unapproved channel.
When live billing is enabled, Paddle will process payments as merchant of record, subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms. The Refund Policy sets out Halvixo’s first-payment guarantee. No paid period or subscription starts merely because you visit a success page.
Renewals, cancellation and failed payments
A paid monthly subscription renews until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access continues until the paid period ends unless the payment is refunded. A temporary checkout error alone does not revoke an already confirmed paid period. Failed renewals are assessed using the confirmed paid-through date and Paddle’s confirmed subscription status. Administrators can manage the subscription and payment method through billing management when live billing is available, or contact Halvixo for assistance.
Access after expiry or cancellation
When approved evaluation access or the confirmed paid period ends, the workspace becomes read-only: new creation and edits are blocked, while existing records and already generated document downloads remain accessible to authorized members. Expiry, cancellation or a refund does not automatically delete workspace data.
The intended retention schedule is 90 days after evaluation expiry or the paid-through date, with at least 14 days’ notice to a workspace administrator before scheduled deletion and instructions for available exports or reactivation. That schedule is not currently an automatic deletion deadline or a backup-expiry guarantee. It must not be activated until notices, export coverage, deletion handling and backup arrangements are ready. Until then, retained information and authorized read-only access are handled under the current practices in the Privacy Policy.
Workspace responsibilities
Workspace administrators manage authorized users and permissions. Users must protect their credentials and have authority to upload and use workspace information. Do not use Halvixo for unlawful activity, unauthorized access or interference with other workspaces. Customers remain responsible for checking their commercial inputs and customer-facing documents.
