How are users counted?+
Every active workspace user counts, including administrators. Pending invitations reserve an available place until accepted or expired. No extra seats are added or charged automatically.
How does the evaluation work?+
The free 30-day guided evaluation is approved manually. Guided setup is included. No card is required, and it does not automatically convert to a paid subscription.
Can we pay annually?+
Team is billed monthly in USD. There is no annual billing option.
What if we need more than five users?+
Contact us to discuss your team size and workflow. A larger-team arrangement requires a separate agreement.
Does Halvixo support quote approval routing?+
Administrators set pricing and discount controls. Quotes receive warnings or are blocked when those controls require it. Purchase-order approval is a separate administrator review process; Halvixo does not route quotes to managers for approval.
Which quote pricing is supported?+
Fixed-rate and per-seat pricing in USD, with percentage discount controls. Tax calculations, tiered and usage-based pricing, and proration are outside this workflow.
